7-Step Cleaning Process, Dry within hours!
1. Pre-Cleaning Inspection The cleaning process begins by reviewing all of the cleaning areas and developing an understanding of your cleaning needs.
2. Pre-condition and Pre-Spotting All cleaning areas will be treated using a safe, nontoxic, cleaner/spot remover. The purpose of the preconditioning is to separate soluble soil and oils from the cleaning fibers/surfaces (Emulsification).
3. Soil Suspension Dwell During this step of the cleaning process, the pre-conditioner is allowed dwell time (15 to 20 min) to ensure through emulsification and maximum foreign particulate extraction from the carpet fibers.
4. Soil & Pre-Conditioner Extraction & Rinse Using the latest state-of-the-art truck-mounted equipment, the suspended soil, oils and cleaners are extracted using up to 240 degrees of steam.
5. Neutralization The entire carpet cleaning process hinges upon leaving the carpet pH neutral without any sticky residues left behind. No residues means longer lasting clean carpet by preventing rapid re-soiling.
6. Post –Cleaning Inspection The cleaning process ends with a discussion about the cleaning results, to guarantee that you are completely satisfied.
